Change of Mind Returns
- If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team here. We will then provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If the item(s) you received is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
- We will cover the cost of returning these items and send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
